Returns & Exchanges

At Fleur du Ma, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and hygienic liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or visit an authorized drop-off location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
